Product Shipment Terms and Conditions

All orders must be shipped to a physical address - Orders will NOT be shipped to a P.O. Boxes.

AT THIS TIME WE ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE UNITED STATES.

Once we process your order and receive confirmation of your payment we will ship your product within 24 to 72 business hours.

Return and Warranty Policy

Items are warrantied against DOA, other warranties are provided by the product manufacturer only.

Return shipping for any replacement is the responsibility of the customer. If the item is damaged MIDWEST AIRSOFT will pay for return shipping.  MIDWEST AIRSOFT reserves the right to choose the carrier and method for return shipping.

MIDWEST AIRSOFT will accept a returned item if it is in new saleable condition and if the return is made within 14 days of the original purchase.  All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.  If the item has been returned in a condition which would not allow it to be sold as new it will be classified as a used item and will be subject to a 75% restocking fee.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY. ANY ATTEMPT TO TAKE APART OR DISASSEMBLE ANY ITEM WILL RENDER ANY RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICIES AS WELL AS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES NULL AND VOID.

Warranty for all Airsoft Guns does NOT cover variances in performance which may include but may not be limited to inconsistencies in FPS, ROF or accuracy.

Warranty does not cover any cosmetic items which may include but may not be limited to bolt catches, cocking levers, removal of trademarks, etc.)

MIDWEST AIRSOFT reserves the right to make changes at any time to our policies which includes and may not be limited to: Policy of Sale, Payment Terms, Return and Warranty Policy.

MIDWEST AIRSOFT reserves the right to refuse service.
